About Cedar Creek's Practitioners
"Cedar Creek Associates LLC" is a business-expense sharing cooperative only. Each of the 7 practitioners manages his or her own separate clinical practice. Each practice is completely independent. Each practitioner maintains his or her own clinical and financial records on patients, discipline license(s), and contracts with managed care companies, EAPs, and insurance companies."
